Dining at the on-site restaurant, Santorini, nearby was a good experience. I was intrigued by the innovative menu that cleverly fused local ingredients with global culinary techniques, reminding me of our vibrant Kenyan flavors. The ambiance was calming, an ideal backdrop for savoring thoughtfully crafted dishes. I opted for a seasonal starter-grilled vegetables drizzled with a zesty herb dressing-each bite reminded me of the markets back home. The main course was no less impressive; the fish was grilled to perfection, showcasing the chef's skill while respecting the integrity of the ingredients. Enjoying my breakfast the next morning was another highlight, with fresh fruits and artisanal bread that paired beautifully with locally sourced coffee. As a traveler who appreciates authentic experiences, Villa Ilske's culinary offerings reflected a commitment to innovation while celebrating the essentials. For fellow food enthusiasts, this place is certainly deserving of a visit.
